1. In order to prolong the service life of the CNC key machine and maintain the due accuracy of the machine, it is necessary to do a good job of cleaning frequently to remove the debris on the probe, milling cutter, fixture and debris tray to ensure the smooth transmission mechanism and accurate clamping and positioning;
2. Always check whether the screws and nuts of the fastening parts of the machine are loose;
3. When the machine cannot be calibrated and the cutting key is inaccurate, contact cool open after-sales personnel to replace and adjust the worn and damaged parts of the machine in time;
4. When the red transmission belt is too loose, you can contact cool open after-sales service personnel and operate under the guidance: loosen the fixing screws of the top cover of the key matching machine, uncover the top cover, loosen the fixing screws of the motor, move the motor to the appropriate position of belt tightness, and tighten the screws;
5. Do not expose the tablet to the sun. Once the tablet is exposed to the sun for too long, the temperature will increase, and the lamp in the screen will accelerate the aging, which will greatly shorten the service life of the tablet. It may even explode!!!
6. It is recommended that the CNC key machine comprehensively check the performance status of the machine every month and clean the machine in depth.
